How Soon In Advance Should We Contact You?
It is best to book your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Larger public events are booked 2-4 months in advance.
What Forms of Payment do you Accept?
Cash, Money Order, Check, and all major Credit Cards.
When is Payment Due?
Once your event is confirmed via email with the party coordinator, an invoice will be sent via email for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total balance, which is to be paid within 48 hours. The remaining balance is due the day of your event.
How far will you travel?
We are able to travel almost anywhere in Upstate South Carolina, serving primarily Greenville, Simpsonville, Anderson, Spartanburg, Pickens, Seneca, Easley, Clemson and other surrounding areas. We will travel up to 25 miles without any additional travel fee. Please note that we do charge a fee if the party or event location is beyond 25 miles from our starting point of Easley, SC. We use Google Maps to determine the fastest route to your party. Parties located between 25 to 35 miles from Easley will have a $25 travel fee. Any parties located between 35 to 50 miles from Easley will have a $50 trip fee. For events located beyond 50 miles, please contact Lauren at SimplyEnchantedSC@gmail.com.
Do You Provide a Location?
We have found that the benefit of our service is that our parties can be held anywhere. The majority of birthday parties take place at the castle (home) of the birthday girl or boy. That said, we have also attended birthday parties at parks, libraries, community centers, and even restaurants!
When Will the Character(s) Arrive?
We suggest starting your party 15-30 minutes before having any characters arrive, so as to ensure all your guests have arrived before they do. Please discuss your plans with the party coordinator when booking your event. Your time with the character(s) will start as soon as they arrive.
How Many Children Can We Invite?
Most of our packages are recommended for parties of 15 children, including the birthday child. To add on additional children, a fee of $2 will be added per child. The are two exceptions. Each additional child for our Ultimate Dress-Up Packages will cost $5 to account for dress-up clothes and accessories. Our Magical Tea Party Package is intended for 8 children. Each additional child for this package will cost $10 to account for tea party accessories and personalized items.
Can We Take Photos?
Absolutely! Depending on activities chosen, most birthday parties will include time for you and your guests to take photos with the characters. Feel free to snap away during the party as well. We LOVE seeing pictures and videos of our characters with your little ones! You can email these to or post them to our Facebook page at
Do you just do children’s parties?
No, we enjoy providing character parties for all ages. We are available for fundraisers, grand-openings, bridal & baby showers, weddings, and much more! We do not, however, perform at events of an “adult” nature.
Does Simply Enchanted Parties offer characters for boys?
Absolutely! All of our current characters are listed on our Characters page. Please let us know if you are interested in having a character that is not listed.
Princesses are great, but what about if my child has guests that are boys?
We want every prince & princess to enjoy the festivities, so during the party planning we will be asking how many of each we can expect. We make sure our princes have just as much fun as our princesses! Our activities are planned to include both boys and girls!
